But later, the same faculty is rejected for the post of Professor. He is given just 5 marks (out of 20) in the interview and 10 marks (out of 30) in the domain knowledge and tecahing practices.
Those having good relations with the Director are promoted inspite of them being graded as 'below average' or 'average' in teaching.
It seems even God cannot save the PEC from such rampant manipulations, malpractices and corruption.
High time parents of brilliant students stop admitting their wards to this once-upon-a time Great Institudtion which stands totally degraded now.
jagdish kumar sir i know from last 8 year he is one of the best faculty i know till date in PEC ....but even i feel sad as these foolish people doing politics and Demotivate him....so please as PEC student i want all my friend and batch mate please spread this my message to all PEC old student or new student and help this person to get what he deserve ....he is man with knowledge ...

yes its true, I studied from him in M.E he has very good teaching abilities and excellent in knowledge. It very bad what exactly happened there.
DeleteAs I kW jagdish sir is a person who has a very good domain knowledge and if PEC is lossing him in this way then some thing is going wrong in PEC.

ReplyDeleteJagdish sir taught us power electronics and advanced power electronics courses and is one of the best faculty members of electrical department. Such an unfair treatment to him is disheartening.
